PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically change automatic answering telephone function setting by transmitting a control signal so as to change the setting of the automatic answering telephone function of a specified telephone set corresponding to a mobile communication terminal at the time of registering the position of the mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: When the control signal indicating position registering is received from a mobile station, a communication controller 1 registers the position of the mobile station based on an instruction from the control part 7 of a base station 5. At this time, information concerning the position register of the mobile station is registered in a memory 3 connected to a base station control center 2. The control signal executing an instruction to read automatic absence recording system control data from the memory 3 when the position of the mobile station is registered and to change the setting of the automatic answering telephone function in a master set corresponding to the mobile station which registers the position based on the data is transmitted from the center 2. In the same way, the controller 1 reads automatic absence recording system control data from the memory 3 when the position register of the mobile station is released and releases position register based on the data.
