<p>This grinding jig consists of the cradle (3), where the screw driver to be ground is being caught. The cradle (3) is inserted into the stand (1) with the opened bed (2). This grinding is provided with the use of the stand boring machines containing the shang abrasive disk based on the vibratory motion. After one side had been ground, the cradle with the screw driver is removed of the bed (2), the rotating in 180 degrees is made and the second side is being ground. The grinding angle is reached, when setting the shang abrasive disk opposite the ground working part of the screw driver.</p> |
