Disclosed is an apparatus to regulate an arbitrary limit time to bomb a mine. In the apparatus, a period of a reference clock from a clock generator(100) is converted into 10 hours by an up counter(200). A down counter(300) counts outputs pulses from the up counter(200). Also, a signal corresponding to a predetermined regulated time from a digital switch(400) is inputted to the down counter(300). An OR gate(500) and a B(borrow) terminal outputs a fire signal and a charge signal when the output from the down counter(300) is converted into a low(L) state. Thereby, it is easy to design and process the apparatus, and the timing precision can be improved.
