A locking system of rotation part in fuse safety/charge apparatus having : a switch control box(800) connected to a computer(700) through inverters(IN5-IN7); a motor control part(600) controlling a motor(600'); a solenoid driving part(500) consisted of a inverter(IN4), a transistor(TR), a solenoid(S), a safety switch(SW) and a relay(RY); a sensing part(200) sensing the motion of a pulse generating part(100) and a safety/charge apparatus and connected to the computer(700) through a counter(400), a inverter(IN3) and a safety/charge apparatus driving part(300) ; a safety/charge apparatus driving part(300) consisted of end gates(310,320) and flip-flops(330,340); and a computer(700) connected to the counter(400) and the flip-flops(330,340) through a inverter(IN2); is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to unlock the locking system in prescribed rotation speed.
