The engine accelerate-decelerate controlling and stopping apparatus for the semiautomatic vibrating roller is comprised of a first and a second power supplying means(8,8') rotating forwardly or backwardly provided with the power supply from outside; a first and a second power transferring means(9,9') attached to the first and the second power supplying means(8,8'); a first and a second bracket transporting means(11,11',15,15') connected to the gear shafts(10,10') of the first and the second power transferring means(9,9'); a stopping bracket(13), one side of which is installed in the first bracket transporting means, the other side of which is fitted in a stopping cable(4); and an accelerating bracket(18), one side of which is installed in the second bracket transporting means(15'), in the other side of which an accelerating knob(7) is fitted.
