The bottle holder is a support (30) and its bottom surface (31) is flat and rests on the floor or on a flat surface. The neck of the bottle is held in an oblong hole (32) through the support. The axis of the hole is at a height which is approximately equal to two thirds of the height of the support. Two parallel hollows (33) are between the hole and the bottom of the support and hold pens or pencils.
