<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize misoperation by providing a pulling operation part and a pushing operation part at different operation levers. SOLUTION: A second operation lever L2 is is connected to a first operation lever L1 , which is fixed to a supporter 10 through a first pivot 161 to be rotatable in the directions of A and B, through a second pivot 162 to rotatable between a first position I where this makes an operation part 22 face the window 21 of the first lever L1 with respect to the first lever L1 and the second position of putting the operation part 22 away from the window 21 downward to enable the second lever L2 to rotate the first lever L1 in the B direction. Then a regulating means R spring-energizing the second lever L2 the side I of the first position by an auxiliary spring 26, to regulate the rotation of the first lever L1 in the direction B at the first position I of the second lever L2 but to release the regulation at the second position.</p> |
