PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electromagnetic wave shielding patterns for an optical filter for electromagnetic wave shielding having an excellent effect of shielding electromagnetic waves and having a high contrast and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: Transparent conductive patterns 3 consisting of ITO layers are formed on a translucent substrate 1 consisting of glass, etc., and nickel layers 5 are formed by electroless plating on these transparent conductive patterns 3. Copper layers 7 are formed by electroless plating on these nickel layers 5 and the nickel layers 6 are formed by electroless plating on these copper layers 7. The electromagnetic wave shieldability may be enhanced by the copper layers 7. The appearance of the colors of the copper layers 7 may be prevented by the nickel layers 5, 6.
