<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a non-linear element constituting an electrostatic protecting circuit from receiving damage due to electrostaticity by permitting a gate electrode which is simultaneously formed with a scanning signal line to be physically separated from the scanning signal line and executing connection with a scanning signal wiring and a gate electrode, etc., with a through-hole which is formed in a protection film by means of an ITO film. SOLUTION: Electrodes constituting the gate electrodes of respective bidirectional diodes DIO1 and DIO2 are physically separated from the scanning signal wiring Gi at the both sides of the scanning signal wiring Gi. Then, the protection film PAS is formed on a front surface and the scanning signal wiring Gi and a common wiring NRGND are connected to the corresponding electrodes of the respective bidirectional diodes DIO1 and DIO2 with the contact hole formed on the protection film PAS. Thus, when electrostaticity jumps into the scanning signal wiring Gi or the common wiring NRGND, the electrostaticity is not impressed on the gate electrodes of the bi-directional diodes DIO1 and DIO2.</p> |
