Car mirror, especially outside mirror

The electrically adjustable car mirror has at least one further component. The electrical and/or electronic components are in communication via electrical leads with a control electronic unit inside the car or door body. The components e.g. mirror adjustment motor, for the electrical adjustability of the mirror and further components belonging to a basic setup (2), e.g. mirror heating, are connected via a common cable bunch to the body-side control electronic unit. Also, at least one part of the components, e.g. memory for different mirror positions, for a special setup are connected to a mirror electronic unit (5) located in the mirror. Both electronic units communicate via a serial interface.
