PURPOSE: A structure of a dispenser is provided to improve the performance of rectification by equally dispensing an aqueous ammonia solution flowed in a rectifier. CONSTITUTION: A groove is formed a certain depth on a dispenser, and a solution hole is formed in at least one place among the lower or the side face of the groove. If a solution drops through a solution tube(103), the solution flows along with a circumferential groove(104) and drops downward through a solution hole(101) processed on the lower end of the groove(104) so that the equal dispense of a circumferential direction can be obtained even with a small flux. A punching process of a solution hole and a steam pipe(102) by using a thin plate and a press process of a circumferential groove(104) is used for the dispenser.
