METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PREPARING RELAY PLAN FOR TRANSPORTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transportation efficiency and serviceability without bringing about the change of transportation plans between points and to efficiently prepare a package reloading plan between transportation trucks by preliminarily storing information such as the propriety of reloading packages at points in a storage device and inputting package transportation quantity between the points on the day. SOLUTION: A transportation plan for transportation trucks between points and information such as the propriety of reloading packages at a relay point are preliminarily stored in a storage device 105, and a graph on which the transportation routes of trucks are divided in the unit of a relay point is prepared. In the graph, nodes represent transportation points and paths correspond to trucks. In the graph, virtual paths and nodes where packages reloading is performed are set for transportation points representing points where packages reloading can be performed, and the upper limit of package transportation quantity and costs are set for the paths. A package reloading plan at a relay point is prepared by an optimum transportation plan obtained by using a graph to which the paths and the nodes are added.
