摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately assure a relative position between each of conductive particles and electrode pad of electronic part by effectively preventing a phenomenon wherein adjoining conductive particles cause mutual displacement, in a case where each of conductive particles provided densely on a multi-point conductive sheet is provided with a certain freedom for independent vertical displacement, and each of conductive particles vertically displaces accompanying a deflection of an insulating sheet. SOLUTION: In a multi-point conductive sheet 3, conductive particles 4 arranged in multi-point while penetrating to a second main surface from a first main surface 3a of an insulating sheet 3c are provided, and each conductive particle 4 comprises at one end a first contact end 4a arranged at multi-point on the first main surface 3a, and also comprises at the other end a second contact end which is arranged at multi-point on he second main surface. Here, a slit or slot 6 penetrating the insulating sheet 3c is formed so as to partially surround each conductive particle 4, and each conductive particle 4 is arranged on each sheet piece 7 in the slit or slot 6, and each conductive particle 4 is displaceable in the first and second main surface directions by deflecting each sheet piece 7.
