An inhalation type drug dispenser, comprising a drug dispenser main body (1) having a cylindrical body fitting hole (2), an inhalation port (3), inlet side ventilating paths (5), outlet side ventilating paths (6), and others and a drug powder storing cylindrical body (8) which is fitted into the cylindrical body fitting hole (2) and opens and closes the ventilating paths (5 and 6) with respect to the drug powder storing chamber (12), whereby the inhalation type drug dispenser can be simplified in structure and reduced in production cost because it is formed of two members of the drug dispenser main body (1) and drug powder storing cylindrical body (8) and can prevent drug powder (16) from flowing out because it can enclose the drug powder (16) in the drug powder storing chamber (12) with the drug powder storing cylindrical body (8b).
