PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge recording media, whose both sides are printed in the order of pages by reading image data of one original, printing the read data on a 1st side of a recording medium, storing image data of other original, and printing the stored image data on a 2nd side of the recording medium on the 1st side of which the image data of the one original are printed. SOLUTION: An image controller 101 makes a scanner section 200 read a 1st original and stores read data to a page memory 110. The image controller 101 makes the scanner section 200 to read a 2nd original and gives the image of the 2nd original to an engine controller 102 at the same time and allows a printer section 100 to print the image on a 1st side of a paper sheet. The paper sheet on the 1st side of which the image is printed is turned over, the image data of the 1st original having been stored in the page memory 110 are fed to the engine controller 102, and the printer section 100 prints out the image of the 1st original on the 2nd side that is the rear side of the paper sheet on the 1st side, of which the image of the 2nd original has been printed. The paper sheet is discharged to a paper discharge tray. In this case, the side of the paper sheet, on which the image of the 1st original is printed, is placed as a back side.
