PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely retain a flexible circuit board to a base and easily separate it from the base by providing an opening in a surface protection layer so that two through holes can be included. SOLUTION: Punching structure that is composed by an opening 3 surrounding through holes 4 and 4 where two of them are formed in a set is provided, for example, at four locations of a visible outline indicated by a slit 2, and its arrangement condition can be set to an optimum number and position considering the size, shape, or the like of a flexible circuit board 1. Then, the flexible circuit board 1 with this sort of punching structure is a flexible circuit board assembly sheet that is composed by forming a number of sections in the sheet base. Therefore, by adopting shape punching structure for a compact and accurate flexible circuit board, a high-quality flexible circuit board can be securely formed.
