PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multichannel high-frequency signal supplying device the switching ability of which does not deteriorate even when a large-output signal source is used and a high-frequency switch device. SOLUTION: To each branch line L (L1 and L2) which leads high-frequency signals generated from an oscillator 4 and branched by means of a branching circuit 6 to output ports P1 and P2, switch amplifiers 8 (8a and 8b) which conduct and disconnect the lines L and limit amplifiers 10 (10a and 10b) which limit the upper-limit power of the inputs to the amplifiers 8 are respectively connected. The saturated output power Pmax of the limit amplifiers 10 is set in such a way that the power Pmax becomes equal to or smaller than the gain compressing power P which is the input power when the small-signal gains of the switch amplifiers 8 drop by 1 dB or smaller (P>=Pmax). Therefore, even when the power supply to the lines L is large, the ratio between the output signal intensities at the conducting time and disconnecting time is not deteriorated, because the switch amplifiers 8 only operate in linear areas.
