PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bag which hermetically packs juicy food therein usable at the time of using its contents for heating or cooking safely by a microwave oven or the like with an appropriate internal pressure applied and the bag being used as it is. SOLUTION: A food packing bag 100 is formed in a shape of gusset pouch by using a laminated film 1, and the width of its back sealing part is made, for instance, larger by a necessary dimension, and exhaust passages 7 and 7 each in a zigzagged structure with its one end sealed up with a heat sealed part are provided with heat sealing applied to the part where the width is made large with a seal pattern of an exhaust passage forming seal part 6, and while one (at the lower part) out of two openings at the upper and lower parts is heat sealed with a lower seal part 4, an incision 8a is provided at an unsealing position of the exhaust passage with a notch 9a provided at its end. The incision 8b for forming a port for taking out contents is provided, with the notch 9b formed at its end, at the external edge of a front gore of a gusseted part 2 at one side (left side) of the bag.
