PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a system which is constructed by connecting via a data interface by providing a control processing means, etc., capable of executing second command transmission processing for transmitting a second holding command being a command for permitting communication concerning necessary information. SOLUTION: Operation members as a variety of operation keys and dials are provided at an operation part 23. Operation information by these operation key and dials are supplied to a system controller 11, which executes operation control in accordance with the operation information. In addition, a reception part 30 is provided and the part 30 receives a command signal by infrared rays, e.g. transmitted from the controller 32 and decode-processes it to output to the controller 11 as a command code (operation information). The controller 11 executes operation control also, based on operation information outputted from this part 30.
