PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of a carpet without requiring to separately arrange a carpet installing bracket by arranging an installing part for installing the carpet on a fixing bracket for constituting a lock device. SOLUTION: A frame is composed of a pipe 60 positioned on the front part and outside part side of a seat cushion, sheet metal 61 positioned on the inside part side and a pair of front/rear two wires 62, 63 of the rear part side. A fixing bracket 3 for constituting a lock device A is welded to these wires 62, 63, and installing holes 1A, 1B for installing a carpet are arranged in the fixing bracket 3. Thus, a carpet installing bracket 11 can be fixed to the pipe 60 and the sheet metal 61 directly or via an installing wire 72. Thus, the fixing bracket 3 of the lock device A can be used as an installing part for installing the carpet. Since the fixing bracket 3 is formed by being integrally welded to the frame, the fixing bracket 3 can be surely fixed.
