PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding method employing PUR glue, which is capable of preventing the curing of the PUR glue while employing a gluing roll and gluing the same optimally, and a bookbinding device as well as a book manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The PUR glue G is loaded into a glue tank 2, sealed excluding the rotatable roll 1, and the loaded PUR glue GA, molten by the glue roll 1, is glued while heating the loaded PUR glue G by a heating means 3 to a predetermined temperature and supplying nitrogen gas by a gas supplying means 4 successively into the glue tank 2.
