SOLUTION: A reception part 36 receives a telephone call from the viewer, a voice guide part 38 sends a voice bid guidance message out to the viewer by telephone, and an acceptance part 40 accepts a bid amount sent by the viewer through telephone set operation; and a display indication part 42 always displays the current maximum bid amount on the television screen in the program at least until the bidding of the article ends, a determination part 44 determines a successful bid with the highest bid amount a specific bit acceptance time later and displays a part of a successful bidder telephone number on the television screen through a display indication part 42, and a notification part 46 automatically notifies the successful bidder of the successful bid by telephone. Then a gathering part 48 gathers the address, etc., of the successful bidder sent out by the successful bidder by telephone and a 2nd personal computer 20 generates and displays a telop of the highest bid amount, etc. |
