PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely adjust a tilt angle without damaging an objective lens even by an unskilled worker and to miniaturize works. SOLUTION: When the objective lens 1 is attached to a lens holder 2 by adjusting a tilt of the objective lens 1 so as to align with the optical axis being an adjusting reference, the objective lens 1 is composed so as to be adjusted by a tilt adjusting mechanism 4 arranged in the X axial direction and the Y axial direction, also one side of the tilt adjusting mechanism 4 is composed as an abutting part 5 consisting of a rigid body and the other side of the same is composed as an abutting part 6 consisting of a spring member, and the tilt of the objective lens 1 is adjusted by moving the abutting part 5 consisting of the rigid body. The abutting part 6 consisting of the spring member having flexibility is elastically abutted in the state of always no play while following the change of the tilt of the objective lens 1. Thus, the tilt angle of the objective lens 1 is adjusted by adjusting only the abutting part 5 consisting of the rigid body.
