PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic sterilizing liquid which is inexpensive and safe and which maintains the intrinsic effects of sterilization methods to remove contamination by bacteria, virus, fungi or the like as well as suppresses the amount of the consumed electrolyte as small as possible. SOLUTION: Electrolytic positive electrode water is obtained by the method for producing electrolytic water in such a manner that the solution housed in a first tank to pass water, a second tank to pass an electrolyte solution and a third tank to pass water, with each tank separated by ion separation membranes from others, is electrolyzed by using a single electrolyte while rendering the water passing in the first tank into the negative electrode side and the water passing in the third tank into the positive electrode side. The safe and inexpensive sterilization method and supply of the electrolytic sterilizing liquid are made possible by bringing the obtained electrolyte water into contact with the objective body to be cleaned. |
