PURPOSE: An agency authentication web-site is provided to perform a log-in process without a certifying process for inputting an additional ID and password on a wanted site and enable an Internet company to prevent the number of members from being decreased by performing a joining process or a log-in process through an agency authentication web-site. CONSTITUTION: A user joins to an agency authentication web-site(F1). The user selects a web site to be joined(F2). An authentication or not is decided(F3). In the case that an authentication is canceled caused by an uncertainty of one's identity or a flaw of mentioned items, a rejoining is requested(F4). In the case that one's identity is certified, the user is registered as a normal member(F5). A one-pass ID and password is embodied to the normal member(F6). The user clicks the selected web site(F7). The user performs an automatic log-in by one click(F8).
