<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for issuing an acknowledgement for a meter check, which can increase productivity of services and also enables a customer to receive his or her own information in a secured way and at a appropriate time. SOLUTION: A host computer 2 generates individual customer data corresponding to each customer, which depends upon related customer information, on the basis of the sorted customer information and sends the generated individual customer data with a payment status to a portable terminal 3 on the basis of the sorted customer information. The portable terminal 3 records an entered meter check data and issues the acknowledgement 4 for the meter check, which carries the transmitted individual customer data and results of the checked meter reading.</p> |
