PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily group individual subscriber station devices by always connecting the individual subscriber station devices housed in different base station devices through an ATM network N and to easily set these constant connection and grouping from a remote place. SOLUTION: This subscriber radio access system is provided with an exchange ATM-SW having a table T1 for making the identification information VLAN-Tag of the subscriber station devices CPE correspond to an allocated dedicated line network connection VPI/VCI in order to always connect the CPEs subjected to radio connection to the different base station devices (base station #1 and base station #2) through the ATM network N. Data from the subscriber station device sides are transmitted to the ATM network by referring to the table, and data from the ATM network side are transmitted to the subscriber station device sides by referring to the table.
