摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of measuring one low-concentration analytical object in the presence of other high-concentration analytical objects by using inert carrier gas in a fusion furnace or the like. SOLUTION: The analyzer compensates disturbance of gas flow by supplying replenishment flow of the carrier gas in order to maintain constant the pressure and/or the flow velocity of the analytical object and active gas flowing in a detector. For example, the carrier gas is introduced through a valve responding to the pressure detected in a gas flow stream between a scrubber and the following detector in order to keep the pressure during analysis constant. Otherwise, a flow transducer is installed in a gas passage between the scrubber and the detector, and the flow transducer is connected to a flow control valve connected for the purpose of introducing the carrier gas as a function of the detected gas flow in order to keep constant the flow velocity of the gas flowing into the detector.
