PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium that reduces cross erasing and to provide a reproducing device and recording device. SOLUTION: The base 13 has at least a fine pattern 20 of parallel grooves consisting of grooves G and lands L alternately formed, a recording layer 12 formed on this pattern 20 and a light transmissive layer 11 0.07-0.12 mm thick further on the recording layer 12. When P represents the pitch of the groove G or land L, λ the wavelength of the reproducing light, and NA the opening area ratio of the objective lens, the fine pattern is made to the relation P<λ/NA and λ is 350-450 nm, NA is 0.75-0.9, and recording is made only either on the grooves G or the lands L on the basis of either the reflectance of 5% or more or the phase difference. |
