PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which can drive highly efficiently and stably, while keeping its structure small and thin. SOLUTION: A vibration plate 10 has piezoelectric devices 30 and 31 and a reinforcement plate 32. The reinforcement plate 32 comprises a fixing part 32a with which a supporter 11 is integrally formed, a pair of arm parts 32b extended with bends from both the sides of the fixing part 32 in the longitudinal direction of the vibration plate 10, and movable parts 32c which are formed on tips of the arm parts 32b and extended in the direction approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. With this constitution, vertical vibration and bending vibration in the longitudinal direction of the vibration plate 10 are easily generated in comparison with a conventional constitution, wherein the reinforcement plate 32 has a rectangular shape which is approximately the same as the shapes of the piezoelectric devices 30 and 31. |
