A threaded oil well pipe fitting of integral system capable of assuring a joint efficiency to withstand a practical use as an oil well pipe fitting fo r deep well, reducing the outside diameter thereof, and increasing a bending resistance capability, compression resistance capability, and over-torque resistance capability necessary when a side track system is adopted, wherein a fitting efficiency is 70% or higher, a fitting outside diameter is larger th an and 1.08 times or less the outside diameter of an oil well pipe main body, a nd a threaded part cross section is formed in a trapezoidal shape of 0 to -20 degrees in thread load surface flank angle (.alpha.) and 35 to 50 degrees in thread insert surface flank angle (.theta.).
