The installation has an air suction unit contained in an enclosure. A product receptacle (13) is received in the enclosure, and is provided with an upper opening (25) opposite to a base, where the receptacle is permeable to air and water. A cassette (9) contains humidity absorption units. A sealing device (32) extends between a circumference of the base of the cassette and an edge (26) of the receptacle delimiting an opening, where the sealing device is made of thermally insolent material.
