PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition containing a glass-based inorganic filler which has an improved adhesion of the glass-based inorganic filler to the polyacetal resin and excellent mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition comprises compounding 100 pts.wt. polyacetal resin component (A) with 3-200 pts.wt. glass-based inorganic filler (B). As the polyacetal resin component (A), 99.9-80 pts.wt. (A1) polyacetal resin containing 0-20 mmol/kg of a hydroxy group in the molecule and 0.1-20 pts.wt.
