PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for a working machine which an operator unable to grip operation implements and poor in manual operation can freely operate necessary operation implements. SOLUTION: An arm front support 14 containing the arm front of an operator operating an operating implement 13 is attached to an arbitrary operating implement 13 which a working machine requires. The attachment structure is provided with a horizontal rotary mechanism 18 to pivot the arm front support 14 to be horizontally rotatable and a forward and rearward rotary mechanism 19 pivoting the arm front support 14 to be freely rotatable forwardly and rearward, and further provided with a height adjusting mechanism 15 adjusting at least the height position of the arm front support 14 and a forward and rearward position adjusting mechanism 16 adjusting at least the forward and rearward position of the arm front support 14 are provided to the operation implement 13.
