发明名称 MAGNETIZATION MEASURING APPARATUS USING HELIUM-3 REFRIGERATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a magnetization measurement to be performed certainly even when, if an upper limit magnetic field capable of being generated from a magnetization measuring apparatus (MPMS) is applied in the magnetization measuring apparatus using a helium-3 refrigerator which can measure a magnetization up to 0.3K by utilizing the MPMS sold in the market which has been previously proposed. SOLUTION: A main pipe 23 includes an upper part support tube 41 located at the uppermost part with bellows 28 connected to its side, a condensing tube 42 fixedly supported to the lower part of the upper support tube 41, an outside tube 44 fixed to the lower part of this condensing tube 42 and having the outside wall of a heat insulation vacuum chamber 43 formed in the lower part of the condensing tube 42, and a lower inside tube 45 having the inside wall of the heat insulation vacuum chamber 43. In each tube, a lower inside tube 45 is molded with a titanium. Consequently, background signals can be reduced, and the measurement to the upper limit magnetic field of the MPMS apparatus can be performed certainly. Moreover, the upper support tube 41 is molded with an SUS, and the condensing tube 42 and the lower outside tube 44 are molded with a copper having good heat conduction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
