PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus capable of specifying interruption reasons of measurement processing. SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus comprises a battery 4; a timepiece part 5 to be backed up by the battery 4 to generate time data D2 when an AC voltage V1 is in a supply halt state; a RAM 6 constituted in such a way as to hold stored contents when the AC voltage V1 is in a supply halt state; and a control part 5 to be actuated when the supply of the AC voltage V1 is started. The control part 5 stores the time data D2 in the RAM 6 as actuation time data D4 at actuation, receives, updates, and stores the time data D2 as operation time data D5 indicating a present operating time in the RAM 6 at prescribed time intervals, while performs time storage processing of storing the time data D2 as time halt data D6 in the RAM 6 at every operation period when the supply of the AC voltage V1 is halted, and sequentially stores data D4-D6 in the RAM 6 at each operation period.
