FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, feed production. ^ SUBSTANCE: grain thermal processing apparatus has heating members comprising infrared emitters with reflecting screens, inclined steel trough, and scraper conveyor with two working surfaces, namely front and rear surfaces. Steel heating members positioned under trough are provided with aluminum ribs and are isolated by means of asbestos. Infrared emitters are arranged above trough surface at a distance of 30-40 mm. Angle of inclination of trough is equal to natural grain sliding-down angle. Apparatus of such construction allows disinfection of grain internal contents to be performed to full extent. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
