<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microstructure capable of effectively removing an harmful chemical substance, a production method of the microstructure, and to provide an air cleaner and an air conditioner, containing the microstructure. <P>SOLUTION: The microstructure which is structured by condensation of a nanostructure, the production method of the microstructure, and the air cleaner and the air conditioner, which contain the microstructure, are provided, wherein catalyst particles for decomposing the harmful chemical substance adhere preferably to the surface of the nanostructure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
