<p>A system, a method and a program that can efficiently determine the arrangement sequence of processing processes as compared with conventional system, method and program in order to maximize the processing efficiency of steel sheets are provided. A system(140) for determining the arrangement sequence of a plurality of processes of processing a plurality of steel sheets comprises: a sorting part(500) sequentially selecting at least one processing process as the clusters in order to sort a plurality of processing processes as a plurality of clusters; a rough schedule part(510) considering a first sequence restriction and a third sequence restriction as restrictions between the plurality of clusters;, and arranging a plurality of processing processes to maximize the processing efficiency of the steel sheets; a judging part(520) judging whether a second sequence restriction is satisfied between a processing process arranged at the end of a first cluster and a processing process arranged at the front of a second cluster arranged next to the first cluster; a detailed schedule part(530) searching the other processing process satisfying the second sequence restriction between the processing process at the end of the first cluster and the processing process at the front of the second cluster, and arranging the searched processing process in rear of the first cluster and in front and the second cluster; a local searching part(540) trying to change the arrangement of the processing processes to further improve the processing efficiency of the local searching part; and an output part(550) outputting arrangement sequences of the plurality of processing processes arranged in the respective clusters and the processing processes arranged by the detailed schedule part.</p> |
