A bone anchoring apparatus is provided to improve the performance by minutely adjusting the installation height thereof in comparison with a conventional push and turn anchor and be inserted into bone by pushing and increasing resistance against pull-out force. A bone anchoring apparatus includes a shaft and a head unit(4). The shaft is fixed inside a bone and includes a first part(5) having a plurality of barb elements(6) elastically deformed for a body of the shaft, and a second part(7) having a bone thread engaged with the bone. The shaft has a free end unit(3) at the opposite side of the heat unit. The first part is placed between the second part and the free end unit. The second part is arranged by the head unit.
