<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit packaging article instruction information forming system capable of carrying out an assembly process establishment of proper parts without any mistake or leak, while being able to reduce a man-day in a process design work. <P>SOLUTION: The printed circuit packaging article instruction information forming system is equipped with: an object product discrimination factor input unit for inputting a discrimination factor for discriminating a printed circuit board to be an object; an object product process flow name input unit for inputting a process flow name of the printed circuit board; a printed circuit packaging article assembly process determination unit for referring and comparing design information of the printed circuit board, process capability information of a process of producing the printed circuit board and parts information of parts corresponding to the process capability information, and for determining an assembly process of parts to the input process flow name; and an instruction information output unit for outputting instruction information based on the determined assembly process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
