PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a laminated metal sheet workpiece which has both high strength and high rigidity and is lightweight, and does not impair the appearance i.e design. SOLUTION: A metal plate 1 is pressed against a metal or concrete die with uniform pressure using liquid or gas for a pressing medium to emboss an irregular pattern 3 on metal plate 1. Optionally, the metal plate 1 is further bonded to an outer plate 2 by further pressing the metal plate 1 against outer plate 2 using the pressure of a gas or a liquid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
