PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aΔΣmodulator having satisfactory SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) and THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) +N by suppressing an occurrence of even-ordered harmonic, and aΔΣmodulation type digital-analog converter. SOLUTION: TheΔΣmodulator is provided with an integrator 6 for integrating a difference between an input signal and a feedback signal, a quantizer 7 for modulating an output of the integrator 6 into a quantized signal composed of a ternary, and a bridge unbalance corrector 8 for outputting a feedback value to be fed back as a feedback signal in accordance with the ternary of the quantized signal. "+τ+α", "0", and "-τ" (τ≠0 andα≠0) are prepared as candidates to be outputted as the feedback value, and the bridge unbalance corrector 8 outputs one of "+τ+α", "0", and "-τ" as the feedback value in accordance with the ternary of the quantized signal.
