PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference of signals in a plurality of outputs of a current mirror circuit. SOLUTION: A constant current circuit includes a current mirror input side transistor Q1 for allowing a constant current to flow and a plurality of current mirror output side transistors Q7, Q8 connected to a control terminal in common with the current mirror input side transistor Q1. Constant currents are supplied from the plurality of current mirror output side transistors Q7, Q8 to a plurality of operation circuits. At least one of the pluralities of current mirror output side transistors Q7, Q8 has a low pass filter for removing a high frequency component in an output current from the transistor.
