PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component which has a base electrode film having less eddy current loss, excellent in inductance characteristics and preventing peeling even if an external force is applied, and has an easily connectable wire connection portion and causes no disconnection failure. SOLUTION: The electronic component has a substrate and a base electrode film 20 for covering the substrate. The base electrode film 20 has at least a non-electrolytic nickel plating film 20a and an electrolytic nickel plating film 20b sequentially from the inside. The non-electrolytic nickel plating film 20a has a thickness of 1.3-1.7μm, and the electrolytic nickel plating film 20b has a thickness of 1.8-2.2μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
