PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room pressure control system capable of maintaining room pressure at a set value in a stop or start process of air supply and in a stop or start process of air discharge. SOLUTION: Exhaust air quantities by an air exhaust fan 23 and an air return fan 26 with constant air quantities from respective zones to which air is supplied by an air conditioner 10 having inverter-controllable rotating frequency, are controlled by VAV valves 2, to maintain the room pressure in each of the zones at a set value. When the air supply quantity to each of the zones is stopped, a VST valve 3 provided on an air supply passage 101 is closed by using time set so that the speed of change in the air passing quantity on the air supply passage 101 is below the speed of change in the air passing quantity by the VAV valve 2.
