摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong detection caused by contact failure of heat collecting plates to the bottom face of a cooking vessel P as much as possible and to improve reliability of overheat prevention, in a stove provided with pan bottom temperature sensors having the heat collecting plates located at upper ends and abutting on the bottom face of the cooking vessel P and temperature detection elements 55 for detecting the temperatures of the heat collecting plates and with a control means 6 for executing overheat prevention control to stop combustion of a burner when the detection temperature by the temperature detection element 55 increases to a given upper limit. SOLUTION: The two pan bottom temperature sensors 5<SB>1</SB>, 5<SB>2</SB>are juxtaposed in the one burner 3, and the stove is provided with a sensor selection means for selecting one of the both pan bottom temperature sensors 5<SB>1</SB>, 5<SB>2</SB>as a pan bottom temperature sensor used for overheat prevention control. The sensor selection means is configured to select the pan bottom temperature sensor of which detection temperature by the temperature detection element 55 is higher as the pan bottom temperature sensor used for the overheat prevention control, when a difference is made between the detection temperatures of the temperature detection elements 55 of the pan bottom temperature sensors 5<SB>1</SB>, 5<SB>2</SB>.
