PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply structure for a lash adjuster, which simplifies a structure of a cylinder head and a lash adjuster and reduces costs. SOLUTION: In the oil supply structure for a lash adjuster 40 for supplying work oil P to the lash adjuster 40 mounted on an upper portion of a cylinder head 10, an oil storage portion 30 is arranged on an upper face of the cylinder head 10, and the work oil P is supplied to the lash adjuster 40 stored in the oil storage portion 30. The structure of the cylinder head 10 and the lash adjuster 40 is simplified since the work oil P is directly supplied from the oil storage portion 30 to the lash adjuster 40.
