A disc and hub assembly of the electro-magnetic clutch is provided to prevent the damper from being broken away from the damper plate since the protrusion is formed in damper and damper combines with the damper plate. A disc and hub assembly of the electro-magnetic clutch comprises a hub(100) in which a flange(110) is formed in one end, and which combines with the driving shaft of compressor, a disc(200) which receives the hub, and which is attached to or separated from the rotor of pulley according to whether the magnetic flux of the field coil assembly is generated or not, a leaf spring(300) having the damper(310) of which one side is fixed to disc and hub, and which the other side adheres closely to disc, and a damper(500) supporting disc between the disc and flange of hub. The damper is installed on the damper plate(400) and supports the disc.
