All camera and an image recording device which have a structure in which an image signal photographed by a camera is compressed and the compressed image signal are transceived with a PLC modem through data communication are provided to transmit an image to a monitoring/recording device chamber through an electric line without an additional cable. An image output terminal(101) of a CCTV camera(100) is connected to an image compression unit(200), and photographed image data are transmitted to a DVR(400) or a management monitor device(500), which is installed at a remote place, through an electric distribution line in PLC communication in real time. The image signal photographed by the CCTV camera is compressed, and the compressed signal is transmitted to and received from a PLC modem.
